The Seckel Group has recently completed working with On the Park to establish new first floor tenants in the historic H. L. Reed Company building. Overall scope is a master plan for orderly development of the spaces, completed first floor construction and restoration of the exterior façade.

First floor tenant is Sweet Basil featuring café dining, gourmet cookware and appliance sales, full preparation kitchen, demonstration kitchen for lessons, and a banquet hall for 200 people.
